คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ (นิด้า) จัดงานประชุมทางวิชาการ NIDA International Business Conference ครั้งที่ 3 กระตุ้นทุกภาคส่วนรับมือความพลิกผัน: 3 มีนาคม 2561 เวลา 09.00 น. ศ.ดร.กำพล ปัญญาโกเมศ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัย และบริการวิชาการ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ (นิด้า) กล่าวต้อนรับ และเปิดงานประชุมทางวิชาการ NIDA International Business Conference ครั้งที่ 3 เป็นการรวมกลุ่มและพบกันของสถาบันการศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ องค์ความรู้และความคิดใหม่ๆ ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การรับมือกับความพลิกผัน” หรือ “Dealing with Disruption”

“ปัจจุบัน นักวิจัย นักบริหารจัดการ และเจ้าของธุรกิจกำลังพบกับปัญหารวมทั้งโอกาสที่ท้าทาย ที่เกิดจากจากความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีซึ่งทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว และส่งผลกระทบกับการบริหารธุรกิจ จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ทุกฝ่ายจะต้องปรับตัวและรับมือกับความพลิกผันดังกล่าวทั้งในเรื่องของโมเดลธุรกิจ การเงิน การบริการ การอุตสาหกรรม พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค โดยหัวข้อต่างๆ ในงานประชุม จะช่วยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเกิดความเข้าใจกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นจากเทคโนโลยี ที่ก่อให้เกิดความพลิกผันและผลต่อเนื่องที่จะตามมาทั้งในแง่ของตัวบุคคล การพัฒนาธุรกิจ ความได้เปรียบทางธุรกิจ และผลกระทบทางสังคม”

งานประชุม NIDA International Business Conference ครั้งที่ 3 นี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ศุภชัย พานิชภักดิ์ อดีตเลขาธิการการประชุมสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยการค้าและการพัฒนา (UNCTAD) และ ที่ปรึกษาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของคณะกรรมการเตรียมการยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ร่วมแสดงปาฐกถาพิเศษ คุณหญิงชฎา วัฒนศิริธรรม กรรมการอิสระ ประธานกรรมการ กิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม และกรรมการสรรหาค่าตอบแทน และบรรษัทภิบาล ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) คุณอภิรักษ์ โกษะโยธิน อดีตผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร และกรรมการ บริษัท วี ฟู้ดส์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด และวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาต่างๆ จากต่างประเทศ และในประเทศ ร่วมบรรยาย โดยจะเป็นเวทีที่นักวิชาการสามารถนำเสนอผลงาน และขยายผลของหลักทฤษฎี เพื่อนำมาใช้และรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพลิกผันที่เกิดขึ้น

Call for paper on Dealing with Disruption

The 3rd NIDA International Business Conference brings together academics and industry professionals in various disciplines to network, exchange, and share their latest ideas, knowledge, and experiences related to the theme “Dealing with Disruption”

Many researchers, managers, and entrepreneurs are facing challenges and opportunities in adopting the emerging business model and information technologies. Either new business practices involving global competition, global integration, sustainability, financial regulation, and management accounting or new technology-enabled business models such as internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence, neuroscience, Financial Technology (FinTech), big data, and cloud computing have brought diversity and disruptive changes to business activities. As researchers and scholars, we see a need

To extend the existing theories to leverage and deal with such diversity and disruption
To explore innovative business philosophies that can be applicable in business settings
To understand how emerging technologies have disruptive consequences on individual, business development, strategic advantage, and social impacts
To identify the key trend of disruptive technologies and new business development, their impacts, and implications
To explore how emerging frontier business theories and methodologies are implemented to solve business problems
To discuss the risk and outcomes of technological changes and their impact on business operations and business development
To understand how business practices learn and make decisions about their adoption and diffusion of disruptive technologies, innovative products, and new business platforms

We encourage papers, case studies, and empirical works presenting studies on any of the above themes in the following research areas:
