Career Development Center
The NIDA Business School’s Career Development Center (CDC) was created 3 years ago with the objective of being a resource that would manage career development activities for its students as well as promote the concept of lifelong learning to alumni and the business community.
The Center’s primary mission is to meet the demand of companies for work talent with regard to business knowledge. The Center does this through various means most notably by serving as a consulting center that students can utilize to develop their careers.
The Center also provides the following job finding resource services to students:
- Resume writing skill development
- Interviews skills development
- Salary data
- Career/job matchmaking
- Deliver resume to company
The Center also serves as a vehicle for the dissemination of new business knowledge and business education for the community. The Center organizes seminars in the four main business disciplines as well as in more specific areas, e.g. leadership, future business environment and business trends as well as in business presentation, negotiation, and business communication. Seminars are developed for wide range of participants that range from new MBA graduates with no work experience to executives.
