Currently, Thailand has many female leaders from both the public and private sectors holding key positions across various professions, fields, and industries. To enhance the capabilities of senior executives and emerging leaders, and to build a valuable network of government and private sector executives who serve as exemplary role models equipped with knowledge, skills, and abilities for the global stage, the Association has partnered academically with the Business Innovation Center, Graduate School of Business Administration, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) to launch a high-level certificate program.
The program, in Thai, is titled:
“หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรการบริหารระดับสูง ผู้นำสตรีต้นแบบ สู่เวทีสากล รุ่นที่ 1”
And in English:
“Women’s Leadership Executive and Advanced Management Program (W-LEAD)”,
designed specifically for senior-level emerging leaders from both the public and private sectors.
This is the first executive program dedicated to developing the potential of distinguished female leaders for the global stage. It combines both theoretical and practical learning that is relevant to current events and the rapidly evolving world of innovation. The program is delivered by highly qualified speakers with both professional and honorary expertise, with a strong emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) — ensuring that no one is left behind.
